Terms & Conditions — 6kbd Platform

Where 6kbd identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void associated bets and winnings, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All financial transactions on the 6kbd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 6kbd Platform:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the rules of the specific game or betting market.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server failure, or software malfunction — 6kbd will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game state cannot be reliably reconstructed, bets may be refunded at 6kbd's discretion.
